• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual interviews, building rapport with patients to gather vital background information and presenting concerns.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-based interventions that are regularly reviewed and modified based on patient progress.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and crisis management strategies that address each patient's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and wellness coaches, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure consistent quality of care and share best practices among colleagues.
• Engage and educate patients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies, promoting informed participation in the therapeutic process.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in mental health to ensure the delivery of effective treatment methodologies.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-based disorders, and more. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.

• Expertise in solution-based interventions is preferred, along with proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, complemented by the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote team environment while also demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
