Work Environment

This role is conducive to a remote work setting, promoting flexibility while allowing for frequent engagement with your treatment team and clients. Regular business hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic. You will utilize teletherapy platforms to connect with clients, enhancing accessibility and comfort in their treatment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans using solution-focused techniques.
• Implement an array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address individual challenges.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance care strategies and share insights about client progress.
• Facilitate regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the collective improvement of therapeutic practices and outcomes.
• Empower clients and their families by providing education about mental health conditions and available resources in the community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed on the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve vary widely in demographics and mental health conditions, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia
• Deep understanding of solution-based therapeutic interventions, effectively tailoring approaches to meet each client's unique needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for developing trusting relationships with clients.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, necessary for navigating complex clinical situations.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting, working directly with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline clinical documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
