You'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective candidates who have already expressed interest in our career opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, confirm candidate interest, schedule interviews, follow up with applicants, and keep our interview calendar moving efficiently.

As a Remote Appointment Setter / Phone Booker, you'll help prospective candidates move smoothly through our recruiting and interview process.
Outbound Calling & Candidate Follow-Up
  • Make outbound calls to candidates who have expressed interest in our opportunities
  • Introduce yourself professionally and confirm candidate interest
  • Answer basic questions about the interview and scheduling process
  • Encourage qualified candidates to complete the next step
  • Follow up with candidates who have not yet scheduled
  • Reconnect with candidates who missed an appointment
  • Assist candidates who need to reschedule
  • Maintain a friendly, professional candidate experience

  • Schedule candidate interviews using online calendar systems
