Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct counseling and psychological support to individuals and families navigating complex life challenges, enabling them to cope and thrive.
  • Engage collaboratively with clients to create actionable service plans, ensuring connectivity to appropriate community resources.
  • Offer crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning to address urgent client needs effectively.
  • Work with community agencies to coordinate services, ensuring comprehensive support for clients and advocating on their behalf.
