Job description

If so, we invite you to join Devereux as our National Clinical Training and RBT Support Manager.

Reporting to the National Director of Autism Services, this highly visible leadership role combines clinical expertise, training, consultation, and workforce development to support autism and educational programs across the country. You will collaborate with clinical and educational leaders to strengthen service quality, enhance RBT supervision and professional development, and promote best practices that improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.

Position Details:
  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 12-Month Position
  • Travel: Monthly travel to Devereux centers
  • Salary: $82,000 - $98,000 annually, based on experience

In this role, you will:

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives across autism and educational programs.
  • Provide consultation on instructional practices, behavior support, assessment, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Review referrals and support successful student integration into educational settings.
  • Develop and deliver training, coaching, and professional development for educators, clinicians, BCBAs, and RBTs.
  • Support Devereux's national RBT supervision strategy, workforce development efforts, and BACB compliance.
  • Analyze supervision and program data to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct program assessments and contribute to research and innovation initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to promote clinical excellence and service consistency across the organization.
  • Mentor and support staff through coaching, consultation, and professional development.
  • Travel to Devereux centers to provide training, consultation, and supervision support.
 

Education

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field required.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Must be eligible to provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision.
  • State licensure required where applicable.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral consultation, educational consultation, staff training, clinical supervision, or related services.
  • Experience providing RBT supervision and implementing behavior analytic services.
  • Demonstrated success developing and delivering training programs, professional development initiatives, and workforce development strategies.
  • Experience using data analysis and outcome measures to inform decision-making, improve service quality, and support organizational goals.
  • Strong consultation, coaching, and relationship-building skills with interdisciplinary teams.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with technology and standard office software systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly to Devereux centers nationwide.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and perform the physical demands associated with training, consultation, and office-based work.
