As a fully remote position based out of Lyndonville, Vermont, this role enables you to work flexibility while making a significant impact on clients' lives. You will collaborate with a team of professionals within a Community Health Clinic framework, leveraging technology to maintain open lines of communication and provide high-quality therapeutic interventions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique experiences and needs, guiding the development of customized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques catered to individual client demographics and backgrounds.
• Engage in goal-setting and therapeutic collaboration with clients, offering guidance and support as they progress towards their mental health objectives.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and foster collaboration within the organization.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients at various life stages and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clientele includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license from Vermont or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a commitment to upholding inclusive practices.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering therapeutic relationships and collaboration.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with remote therapy practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based practices.
