Kelly Services is currently seeking a Digital Product Management Specialist position for one of our top clients working remote, must be able to support EST work hours.
  • Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Digital Product Management Specialist for a 6-month+ engagement at one of our Global clients working remote. .   This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Position Overview
The Digital Product Management Specialist will support North America Deliver Reporting & Analytics initiatives by helping shape, prioritize, and advance digital products that support Supply Chain Customer Solutions (SCCS), Channel Operations (CHOPs), and broader Customer Service stakeholders.
This position is designed  in product management, digital transformation, customer experience, and analytics strategy. The role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business priorities are translated into actionable roadmaps while helping technical teams deliver solutions that create measurable business value.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a passion for customer experience, digital products, process improvement, and emerging technologies. They should enjoy working across business and technical teams, influencing priorities, and helping shape future-state capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Partner with SCCS, CHOPs, Customer Experience, and other Customer Service stakeholders to understand business priorities, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Apply a product-first mindset when evaluating business needs, focusing on scalable, reusable, and enterprise-aligned solutions rather than one-off reports, dashboards, or point solutions.
  • Help define and maintain the roadmap for reporting, analytics, automation, AI, CRM, and customer experience solutions.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and business cases that can be executed by development teams.
  • Translate technical concepts and implementation details into business-friendly language for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate discussions between business users, developers, architects, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on priorities and expected outcomes.
  • Assist with product backlog management, feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and release communications.
  • Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business teams to define success metrics and measure product value realization.
  • Develop presentations, business cases, executive communications, and strategy materials for leadership reviews.
  • Support product adoption activities, stakeholder communications, training, and change management efforts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interest in Product Management, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, or Technology Strategy.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into actionable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a product mindset, focusing on solving root business problems through scalable capabilities rather than developing isolated solutions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and backlog management.
  • Understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics concepts.
  • Experience with or interest in:
    • Customer Experience (CX)
    • Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
    • AI-enabled customer engagement solutions
    • Digital Product Management
