  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts associated with new talent programs, processes, and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and global recruitment leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting talent management and the employee lifecycle in HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR roles.
  • Previous experience within nonprofit, technology-focused, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, and performance management.
  • Proven experience managing global recruitment programs and partnering with senior leaders on strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with HR technologies, including HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, learning management systems, and employer-of-record platforms.
  • Comfortable using cloud-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and similar platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging workforce data and metrics to support business decisions.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and distributed environments.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and feedback-oriented approach to leadership and team development.
