In this role, you will:

  • Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change strategy development.
  • Develop and execute integrated change management, communications, and learning plans.
  • Create communications, engagement materials, and targeted adoption strategies.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and develop support materials such as job aids and quick reference guides.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on organizational readiness, adoption progress, and transformation risks.
  • Partner closely with program and market leaders to support deployment planning and cutover readiness.Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk escalations to leadership teams.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of organizational change management experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading change efforts for large technology, planning, or business transformation programs across multiple markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Experience collaborating within established transformation programs and aligning across related workstreams.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations or mission-driven environments is highly valued.
