This role partners directly with executive leadership to expand our footprint across DoD, Space Force, and national security customers.   • End-to-end capture leadership from early positioning through award

Work Model
  • Flexible remote or hybrid model with travel aligned to customer engagement centerred in Huntsville, AL

  • 7+ years in federal BD / capture within government contracting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record capturing and winning defense or space-related programs
  • Experience selling to government and military stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition lifecycle
  • Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Prior military service strongly preferred
  • Existing relationships within Space Force, Air Force, or defense/intel community
  • Experience with large captures, IDIQs, GWACs, or OTAs
  • Active clearance or ability to obtain one
