Job description

Role: Workday Recruiting Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ month

We're seeking a Workday Recruiting Analyst to support configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting efforts within our Recruiting module. This role will partner closely with HCM stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and ensure smooth data operations across integrations and loads.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Recruiting configurations
  • Manage and support Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads
  • Build and maintain complex reports and datasets using advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
  • Troubleshoot Workday system issues, identify root causes, and implement configuration-based fixes
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities and communicate progress proactively

Required Experience:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working independently

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience troubleshooting Workday system issues and implementing configuration-based solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
