About the role

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer (Programmer 2) to build web and backend applications and services supporting a credentialing and case management system. This role will use Java/Spring-based REST APIs, modern web technologies, and continuous integration practices to help deliver next-generation customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.

Location: Remote

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (Programmer 1) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.

Job Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications.

    • Build web and backend applications and services.

    • Develop and integrate Java/Spring-based REST APIs.

    • Support credentialing and case management system functionality.

    • Develop web solutions using technologies including AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

    • Participate in continuous integration activities.

    • Use Java development tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Git.

    • Collaborate with Agile development teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

    • Contribute to next-generation customer engagement systems supporting federal service agencies.

    Minimum Qualifications
      • US Citizen

      • Active Secret Clearance

      • 4+ years of Java development experience building enterprise applications.

      • At least 1 year of recent experience developing and implementing solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java.

      • At least 1 year of experience using Java development tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Git.

      • Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

      Preferred Qualifications
      • Located in Colorado or the DMV area.

      • Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.

      • Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
