Job description

This position will be a technical position in IT. The main software we support is Workday in support of HR with a focus on the technical aspects, while other teams (HRIS) ire more the functional configuration group. This role will be responsible for being a self-starter that can take a project idea, gather requirements, develop it, and work step by step with the users. This team also support some of the Financials group with Workday Extend (developing an app for them now, and credit card app is next). Additionally, the manager's team helps support Community Investments and a few apps they have, but that is not a major time focus but could be a cross-training opportunity for whomever is hired.
What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
• Workday development experience is a must
• Ideal candidate is someone that also has Extend development experience. Extend is a way we can build custom apps in Workday, like the Request Remote Work app. This skillset may be hard to find.
