Be Part Of A Dynamic Team

Join a growing enterprise applications organization investing heavily in workflow modernization, intelligent automation, and connected employee experiences. The technical team supports a broad ecosystem that includes ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, Workday, and other enterprise applications and is building a collaborative Center of Excellence across these platforms.

This is a highly visible opportunity to become the team's first dedicated ServiceNow technical resource. The successful candidate will help strengthen an expanding ServiceNow platform, support a major Source-to-Pay transformation, and help shape an enterprise employee portal designed to become a unified digital front door for employees.

What's In Store For You

  • Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
  • Remote U.S.-based opportunity, with East Coast or Central Time candidates preferred.
  • Local candidates who can occasionally collaborate onsite are welcomed, but regular onsite attendance is not required.
  • Long-term two-year project supporting major enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Opportunity to become a foundational member of an emerging ServiceNow Center of Excellence.
  • High visibility across enterprise applications and technology leadership.
  • Significant greenfield and transformation-oriented work.
  • Opportunity to influence ServiceNow design standards, integration patterns, governance, and best practices.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise service delivery and next-generation employee experiences.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Serve as the primary hands-on ServiceNow technical resource within a growing enterprise applications team.
  • Enhance and support a major Source-to-Pay platform built on ServiceNow and integrated with Oracle, contract-management platforms, and additional enterprise applications.
  • Design and develop scalable integrations using IntegrationHub, Integration Spokes, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and reusable enterprise integration patterns.
  • Build workflow automation across Procurement, Finance, HR, and employee-service processes.
  • Help implement an enterprise Employee Center experience that acts as a centralized digital front door for employee services and corporate resources.
  • Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, APIs, data transformations, and platform-native development capabilities.
  • Help establish technical standards, architectural patterns, governance, and development best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Remain deeply hands-on while contributing to technical design and solution planning.
  • Support integrations, platform enhancements, production incidents, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with functional teams, Oracle and Workday resources, systems integrators, managed service providers, and enterprise technology vendors.
  • Apply ServiceNow-native AI and conversational capabilities to workflow and employee-experience use cases as the organization's AI strategy expands.
  • Help internal team members deepen their ServiceNow expertise and contribute to the development of a broader enterprise applications Center of Excellence.

Do you bring proven success in ServiceNow integration and enterprise workflow development?

  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow, including enterprise workflow development and platform configuration.
  • Strong experience with IntegrationHub, Integration Spokes, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise workflow automation.
  • Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Finance, HR, or Employee Service workflow experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, contract-management platforms, or comparable enterprise systems.
  • Ability to contribute to technical design, standards, patterns, and governance while remaining a hands-on developer.
  • Experience supporting major digital-transformation, greenfield, or enterprise application initiatives is highly valued.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, generative AI, or comparable enterprise AI solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with Moveworks, IBM watsonx, or similar AI platforms is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across technical teams, functional counterparts, consultants, systems integrators, and external technology providers.
  • Responsive, collaborative, enthusiastic working style with a willingness to contribute beyond an individual development queue.
  • ServiceNow certifications and technical or business-related degrees are valued but are not mandatory for an otherwise highly qualified candidate.
