- Support clients by understanding their needs and offering accurate product recommendations and guidance.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide support, guidance, and education on life and health insurance policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
- Assist new clients with policy enrollment and other documentation
- Coordinate with other team members to provide seamless service to clients.
Qualifications
- Have an interest in sales and for acquiring customer-facing skills.
- Strong communication and self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience maintaining regular client communication through digital channels such as email, and Zoom
