• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, effectively formulating clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention support during acute mental health emergencies, employing effective crisis response strategies to ensure client safety.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and relevant seminars to stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our practice embraces a client-centered approach, emphasizing empathy and active listening to tailor individualized interventions. As you work with clients from varying backgrounds, you'll gain insight into unique cultural responses to mental health and develop strategies that reflect their individual experiences.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to uphold the highest standards of practice and ethics in the mental health field.

• While not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical mental health setting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques, coupled with a flexibility to adapt to client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and record keeping.
