Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, identifying their unique mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s situation, adjusting strategies based on their progress and feedback.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others to address client concerns effectively.
  • Provide counseling for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring all sessions are client-centered.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits
