Our outpatient office serves a vibrant, diverse community, allowing you to connect with clients from all walks of life. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, fostering collaborative efforts to support holistic client care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, identifying their unique mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s situation, adjusting strategies based on their progress and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others to address client concerns effectively.
• Provide counseling for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring all sessions are client-centered.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights that enhance collaborative treatment approaches.

The diverse client base at Thrive Counseling encompasses individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. You will work closely with clients of all ages, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted Clinical LMFT license in the state of Washington.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and treatment plans concurrently.
• Competency in utilizing digital tools and platforms for telehealth services and electronic recordkeeping.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with couples and families.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities to address complex mental health issues.
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment with a focus on client outcomes and satisfaction.
