Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, while formulating and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, through secure virtual platforms, ensuring each session is client-centered.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions to establish therapeutic goals, and provide continuous support and guidance as they progress through their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client preferences, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, including treatment plans and client progress, complying with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor with Frontier Health Care, you will engage with a diverse population of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We serve individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups, offering services to children, adolescents, and adults. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients, applying culturally competent approaches, will enhance their therapy experience and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships remotely.
• Strong organizational capabilities to effectively manage therapy sessions and maintain timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing remote therapy services and familiarity with teletherapy tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Knowledge of cultural competence and the ability to provide sensitive care to diverse populations.

• Competitive salary between USD 80,000 and USD 104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
