• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, focusing on desired outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and methodologies to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychiatrists, and nutritionists, to ensure holistic client care.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to enhance clinical skills and approaches.

Our client population encompasses a broad spectrum, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of California.

• Previous experience in a community health or rehabilitation setting.
