Transaction Processing Specialist

Remote Role - Full Time 

Hours: Two shifts available (7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10: 00p pm) with overtime and some Saturdays

Pay: $14.00 per hour during training/ ABC rate after training, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Training: 6 weeks Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

About the Role:

  • Log into the workflow and process multiple doc types for rental car agency
  • Must be able to ask questions when needed

  • Meet timeliness and accuracy standards

  • Comply with all policies and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

  • Data Entry - Must be able to type 45 WPM
  • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • Must have strong organization skills 
  • Must have excellent Time management skills
  • Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Must be able to navigate through multiple windows
  • Must be able to have good work ethic and be self-motivated in WFH environment
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) 
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router 
  • Live in one of the following states AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250.
