About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated hearing healthcare professional to provide remote patient care and sales for Ausotic Hearing Aids and Earlens hearing devices. You'll guide patients through their treatment options and recommend, sell, and fit the right hearing solution for their needs - all through a virtual care model. The ideal candidate is comfortable with telehealth, confident in a sales conversation, and genuinely invested in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel and educate patients remotely on hearing loss and treatment options, walking them through the full range of Ausotic hearing solutions
  • Recommend, sell, and fit appropriate Earlens solutions, air conduction systems, and Ausotic hearing aids based on each patient's needs
  • Guide patients through the decision-making process, addressing questions and concerns to build trust and close on the right solution
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and collaborate with local and national support resources
  • Deliver excellent patient care and proactive follow-up, minimizing returns and maximizing satisfaction
  • Partner with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as needed
  • Stay current on hearing technology advancements, Earlens product updates, and telehealth best practices
  • Meet clinic productivity, quality, and sales targets

Requirements
  • Valid Missouri state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
  • Minimum 2 years of experience fitting and dispensing hearing instruments
  • Proven comfort and success with a sales-driven or consultative selling environment
  • Strong patient communication skills - able to explain treatment options clearly and build rapport remotely
  • Telehealth or remote patient care experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and hit individual performance goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strict adherence to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Comfort using a computer and telehealth technology throughout the workday

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. If you're a motivated hearing healthcare professional who's comfortable guiding patients toward the right solution - and closing the sale - we'd love to hear from you.
