The Renewed Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time, remote position offers an opportunity to work directly with clients who are experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, contributing significantly to their recovery and well-being.

Our work setting is primarily remote, which allows flexibility in delivering care. The Support Team is comprised of a variety of professionals who rely on effective communication and collaboration to ensure the highest quality of service delivery. The detox facility environment is dynamic, requiring LCSW professionals to adapt their approaches to best meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

• Provide direct clinical support to clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to all necessary resources and support services.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and intervention needed for each client.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts when required, applying knowledge and skills in risk assessment and management.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria for all clients.
• Document treatment sessions and submit reports punctually, maintaining accurate and secure client records while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Participate in quality improvement committees that work to enhance agency service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within underserved populations and will possess a deep understanding of the diverse traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles that affect client interactions. Our clients often face multi-faceted challenges that require holistic and tailored therapeutic approaches. They may struggle with psychological crises stemming from various socio-economic backgrounds, making the role of the LCSW critical in guiding them towards recovery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required; an LCSW designation is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is essential for this position.
• High competency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment decision-making relevant to clients with mental health disorders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate treatment plans and progress.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining comprehensive client records.

• Experience working in a remote setting or a detox center is advantageous.
• Familiarity with crisis management techniques and interventions.
• Proficient knowledge of local and available resources in Tucson that can assist clients' needs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
