This role offers a fully remote work setting where you will conduct counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms. • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions using video chat technology to support clients' emotional and psychological well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions about feelings and experiences, guiding clients towards greater self-awareness and personal growth.
• Advocate effectively for your clients’ needs, helping them to set and achieve realistic therapeutic goals.
• Evaluate each client’s mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to implement effective treatment strategies during sessions, ensuring that each plan is adaptable and responsive to client feedback.

You will provide therapy primarily to stable adults who present with low acuity mental health concerns. All clients undergo a thorough pre-screening process, ensuring that you work with those who are best suited to the outpatient care model. This role allows you to specialize in areas that match your expertise, ensuring that you connect with clients experiencing challenges that align with your skills.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• You must possess a current and active license to practice independently in your state (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, particularly in developing and executing effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach towards client interaction.
• Proficient in utilizing computers and online platforms to manage client sessions and documentation effectively.

• Experience working with outpatient clients, specifically those dealing with low acuity issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and methodologies that enhance remote therapy sessions.
• A background in advocacy roles or previous work as part of a multidisciplinary team is advantageous.
