As a vital member of our mental health team, you will engage with a diverse clientele, utilizing technology to provide effective therapy while maintaining client confidentiality.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history and mental health needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate effectively with treatment team members to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to client care.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, encouraging their involvement throughout the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

The clients you will serve are pre-screened individuals who are stable and present low acuity mental health needs. This focus allows you to concentrate on providing personalized care, utilizing therapeutic techniques that cater to their unique circumstances. By working with a defined demographic, you can deepen your expertise and effectively contribute to their mental wellness journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
• Proficient in using various telehealth modalities to provide therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
• Strong desire to engage in ongoing training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technology efficiently, including proficiency in Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear interaction with clients and team members.
• Professional presentation and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Warm and empathic interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a telehealth context.
• Demonstrated ability to create treatment plans and engage clients through innovative and creative approaches.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a home office setup, equipped with reliable internet access and a private space for confidential consultations.

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience.
