Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client needs to design personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health challenges.
• Provide individual therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices, adapting approaches as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, ensuring ongoing progress is tracked and celebrated.
• Utilize teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or face mobility and accessibility limitations.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, facilitating effective treatment pathways.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental perspective toward the diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing client caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy within a telehealth setting is highly desirable, particularly in utilizing virtual platforms to engage clients meaningfully.
• A background in trauma-informed care or experience with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ individuals or people dealing with significant life changes, is a plus.
• Previous experience in private practice or a similar environment can provide contextual advantage in our practice.

• Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload volume.
