Position Overview

The Integral Wellness Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team of mental health specialists in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment

As a remote position, you will take advantage of cutting-edge technology to conduct therapy sessions via secure and confidential platforms. This work setting helps facilitate flexibility while enabling you to connect with diverse clients from the comfort of your own home. You will be part of a supportive, virtual community of peers who actively participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and therapeutic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create customized treatment plans for each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate their progress.
• Conduct therapy sessions using secure platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and respectful communication at all times.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and collaborate on treatment strategies for shared clients.
• Evaluate collected data to determine diagnoses, establish treatment plans, and make referrals to additional healthcare professionals as needed.
• Develop and facilitate therapeutic activities, including group therapy sessions and recreational activities aimed at enhancing clients’ engagement and healing.
• Utilize coaching methodologies that promote skill-building and personal well-being, adapting to clients’ evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will include individuals facing various mental health challenges and substance use disorders. You will work with motivated clients who are seeking positive change, often in empowering group settings. The therapeutic support you provide will directly contribute to their journey toward healing and improved mental resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon is essential.
• At least three years of professional counseling experience, with demonstrated competencies in managing diverse case loads.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, enabling you to set priorities effectively.
• Ability to engage with clients empathetically while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a remote setting is a plus, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms. Additional areas of expertise may include trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and group therapy facilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, situated between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
