• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software efficiently.
• Participate collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care through coordinated services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health.
• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and access to services.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and other digital tools pertinent to counseling.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, and substance misuse is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Previous work with community health organizations serving marginalized populations is advantageous.
