• Conduct comprehensive and sensitive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups while adapting techniques to fit the unique circumstances and backgrounds of clients.
• Collaborate consistently with healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations to coordinate integrated care paths that support clients' overall wellness.
• Actively advocate for clients’ rights, helping them access necessary community resources and support systems that can enhance their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records to ensure compliance and quality care tracking.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences, contributing to a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse populations within the community, including individuals who may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will work with clients across age groups, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses, understanding the importance of cultural competence and empathetic engagement in your therapeutic approach.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
• Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, social justice, and cultural competency.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team environments will be advantageous.
