You will work collaboratively with educators, mental health professionals, and caregivers to create a supportive network that aids in the overall success of our students. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social and emotional needs of students, offering appropriate interventions and support.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to communicate patient needs effectively and contribute to integrated care strategies that advance discharge goals.
• Develop and implement individualized discharge plans in partnership with other professionals, ensuring a seamless transition for patients.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within our electronic patient record system, adhering to established privacy and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in skills training and competency enhancement programs.
• Foster trust and credibility with families, providing them with support and resources to navigate their unique challenges.
• Take on special projects and additional duties as needed to support the goals of the organization and the well-being of our clients.

This role primarily focuses on supporting children and adolescents within a school environment, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. By working closely with students and their families, you will help facilitate continuity of care and promote resilience and educational success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health or school setting is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
