• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding clients' histories, strengths, and areas of concern.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.
• Facilitate engaging and effective individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices adapted to the unique needs of clients.
• Utilize telehealth technology to provide services remotely, ensuring accessibility for clients regardless of their location.
• Document progress notes accurately and promptly to track the advancement of clients and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all counseling interactions, fostering a supportive and safe therapeutic environment.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. As an LMFT, you will be encouraged to leverage your cultural competencies to address the specific needs of clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that each individual feels understood and supported.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong capacity for client engagement and therapeutic development.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy methodologies and the ability to employ them effectively in various therapeutic scenarios.
• Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

• Experience in providing therapy using telehealth modalities, with knowledge of best practices in remote service delivery.
• Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences, enabling effective therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth through ongoing training and supervision.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
