Overview:
Location: Houston TX- HYBRID/ REMOTE ROLE
Duration: 6+ months
Experience Required: 8-10
Experience with PLM Implementation, Upgrade and Migration with a minimum of 5-7 years in Windchill PDMLink.
Skills: EIS PLM - Windchill Functional
Role Descriptions:
Large PLM program implementation experience in Program/Project management including all aspects like business requirements| Integrations and data Migration Experience with Windchill for Product Lifecycle Management application on various modules (PDMLink|PartsLink| SUMA|MPMLink etc.)
Strong experience of project definition and planning| requirements gathering| analyzing and definition and process mapping Experience working in Windchill PLM application| in particular implementation projects.
Requires a strong command of the PLM business process.
Prior experience in at-least two end to end PLM Implementation cycles.
Extensive experience in Windchill configurations Has experience in managing implementation challenges in the area of architectural| design| integration| and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Windchill Architecture and APIs.
The primary responsibilities for the Windchill lead will include o Manage stakeholder expectations and align the project accordingly
o Collaborate with client program manager regarding project related activities
o Interact with Business Analysts to clarify and understand requirements
o Translate the requirements to Design o Analyze and prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation
o Understand downstream integrated applications and functionalities
o Windchill configuration and customizations to meet the requirements
o Provide proof of concept (POC) if required
o Help onsite team to prepare documentation.
Should have excellent interpersonal| verbal| and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels.
Ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed team environment Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with customers| peers| and team members
