As a member of our clinical team, you will work in a remote setting, collaborating with colleagues through virtual platforms while maintaining a strong connection with community-based services. • Provide direct clinical care to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, delivering therapy both remotely and in community settings.
• Actively participate as a team member, engaging in collaborative planning to meet shared objectives, emphasizing an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Assist in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
• Manage a detailed caseload comprising individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring interventions align with client needs and goals.
• Monitor treatment progress through the timely completion of documentation, including progress notes and assessments, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, contributing to team discussions aimed at improving service delivery and client outcomes.
• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as necessary, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

This role primarily focuses on vulnerable populations within the El Paso community, which may include individuals facing socioeconomic challenges, cultural barriers, and varying levels of mental health literacy. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of assessment techniques, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management tailored to diverse populations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, as it enhances communication with a broader client base.

The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
