Quest Wellness Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work-life balance while serving our outpatient clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide effective interventions for clients with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy as well as group and family sessions, tailoring approaches based on individual client needs and presenting problems.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and ensure the integration of services, facilitating communication between clients, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in crisis intervention, employing evidence-based techniques to support clients during critical situations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources and support systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment activities, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery and program quality.
  • Provide on-call coverage outside of regular program hours as needed to ensure comprehensive client support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse client base comprising individuals struggling with mental health challenges in underserved communities. This often includes clients from various cultural backgrounds who may present unique issues influenced by socioeconomic factors. The focus is on delivering empathetic and culturally competent care that respects individual beliefs and traditions while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.
  • Expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document progress accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively and meet reporting deadlines.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, ideally in outpatient settings.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, to better serve our community.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
