Position Overview

Quest Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated, full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while operating in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, tasked with direct service delivery in both office and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.
  • Engaging in team meetings to foster collaboration and collective progress toward designated goals.
  • Maintaining a supportive environment by adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
  • Using evidence-based practices to deliver effective brief interventions, including facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families.
  • Managing a caseload of clients, ensuring timely service provision, monitoring treatment progress, and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Participating actively in safety and risk management, identifying potential hazards and intervening as necessary to ensure client safety.
  • Documenting client interactions meticulously to comply with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Providing on-call support as needed to assist clients in crisis and participating in committees focused on service quality improvements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly contribute to improving the lives of individuals from diverse backgrounds facing significant mental health challenges. You will be interacting with clients who may come from under-resourced communities, and your empathy, patience, and commitment to social equity will be essential in providing effective support and care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, highlighting expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a meticulous approach to case documentation and reporting.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply, as this skill significantly enhances the ability to provide effective services to our diverse clientele.
