  • Program Manager Industrial IoT AVEVA at client employ a combination of the solution systems communications and application specific software skills to
  • Led discussions co-ordinations with customers to understand business requirements and document functional and technical specifications
  • Participate in the design and architecture of enhancement of Manufacturing Execution System MES and system integration solutions projects
  • Must have familiarity with Production Quality Inventory Performance Management Data Management Reporting and Enterprise Integration ERP PLM Plant Integration
  • Hands on experience with development deployment troubleshooting and support related to MES Manufacturing Execution System MES which includes reviewing codes and Bug Fixing
  • Assist Application Engineers with site specific difficulties during new site commissioning as well as system upgrades and expansions
  • Research and documentation of technical problems and solutions using our Knowledge Base
  • Drive rollout of new procedures and update to new procedures within team
  • Coordinate with other product teams to identify and manage interdependencies
  • Manage risks and issues and take proactive measures to facilitate resolution of them
  • Ensure a plan for release is created discussed and aligned
  • Ensure milestones and plans are adhered to and clearly communicated
  • Facilitate higher level planning backlog refinement on a regular cadence
  • Facilitate coordination meetings between team leads for the product teams involved eg concerning impediments risks and dependencies

Qualifications

  • Engineering of equivalent degree
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital manufacturing solutions
  • Experience with Agile Lean software development Familiar with software lifecycle processes and lean agile development methodologies
  • Experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software product development initiatives
  • A track record of managing complex development programs to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results
  • Clear and effective communicator to both senior leadership and technology teams
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with people with a wide range of technical backgrounds including consultants senior professional IT engineers and personnel account managers
  • Ability to occasionally travel to various customer sites in the region and worldwide
  • Have an understanding of key manufacturing processes ISA88ISA95 standards
