Haña Wellness Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection, sharing, and mutual support among clients.
  • Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions to clients, addressing their unique thoughts and feelings while developing tailored coping strategies.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and progress.
  • Progress Monitoring: Assess client outcomes through systematic evaluations and feedback mechanisms to ensure treatment efficacy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to optimize client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often grapples with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. By providing targeted interventions and compassionate care, you will help these individuals navigate their challenges and empower them to thrive.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active LCPC license in Nevada.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and mental health best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with young adults and adolescents in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Prior experience in group therapy facilitation is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
