Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to create personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique challenges and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups based on individual needs.
• Incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to ensure tailored approaches to mental health care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation according to regulatory standards while upholding confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services, preferably in a counseling or mental health setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a wide-ranging clientele.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization and/or extensive experience in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively within a healthcare team and contribute to collaborative treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers an annual salary ranging between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. You will also receive a competitive benefits package, including:
