This role is primarily remote, enabling you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured schedule during regular business hours with the possibility of occasional evening shifts. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Provide therapeutic services in individual, group, and family settings, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
• Work closely with a team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care pathways for clients.
• Perform crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and resources to provide immediate support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and raising awareness about mental health, collaborating with local organizations and schools.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity in working effectively with diverse populations, recognizing and respecting individual differences.
• Organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely documentation and follow-through on client care plans.

• Experience working in community mental health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic tools, facilitating remote counseling experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead community workshops or educational sessions promoting mental health awareness.
