The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive mental health services to our diverse client base, contributing to their emotional and psychological well-being. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our flexible scheduling options include 4x10 or 5x8 hour shifts within the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the social, personal, environmental, and health factors affecting clients.
• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailoring evidence-based techniques to meet their unique needs.
• Coordinating and planning programs and activities focused on addressing the social and emotional needs of clients.
• Facilitating therapeutic interventions aimed at resolving cognitive, affective, and behavioral issues, while providing crisis management and referrals to community resources as needed.
• Building and maintaining trustful relationships with clients, fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and acceptance.
• Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment findings in accordance with established protocols, ensuring all records remain current and reflect the services provided.
• Managing a caseload that meets organizational requirements, maintaining clear, organized documentation of client progress.
• Possibly engaging in additional duties as assigned to further the organization's mission and objectives.

Your primary client population will include individuals and families seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to behavioral health issues, mood disorders, relationship challenges, grief, and loss. The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub prides itself on culturally competent care, ensuring that services are reflective of and sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or social work.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous counseling experience specific to behavioral mental health, including treatment of depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and family dynamics, will be given preference. Experience working in community health clinics or similar settings is also advantageous.
