We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team at Priory Wellbeing Center. Work Environment

This role is designed to be flexible and fully remote, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your chosen workspace. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for individuals, couples, and families, developing tailored treatment plans to address unique therapeutic needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate relational distress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, ensuring a personalized approach that resonates with each client's experiences.
  • Maintain diligent documentation in compliance with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health standards, ensuring that client records are continuously updated and accurate.
  • Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and team meetings to enhance the overall care provided.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities, leveraging CME resources offered by Priory Wellbeing Center.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Priory Wellbeing Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational difficulties. Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting, with a proven track record of delivering effective therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and the ability to address a variety of mental health disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trustful relationships with clients.
  • Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Thorough understanding of state and federal mental health regulations.

Compensation and Benefits
