SharePoint/Web Content Developer
Victor 12 is hiring a SharePoint/Web Content Developer to support an ongoing prime contract with the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) based in Orlando, Florida. This position is a remote/work-from-home opportunity and requires the ability to work East Coast hours between approximately 7:30–9 AM ET and approximately 4–5:30 PM ET.
Job Summary
The SharePoint/Web Content Developer designs and develops custom interfaces (SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 365) and Microsoft (MS) Power Apps workflows, working closely with the Project Manager, Systems Integrator, and Software Engineers in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Systems Integrator to prioritize and resolve SharePoint and Web Content user requests from the Zendesk ticketing system and Kanban boards.
  • Develop and update workflows and forms using MS Power Apps and Power Automate for SharePoint Online (SPOL).
  • Create custom SharePoint applications/web parts.
  • Integrate new SharePoint applications/web parts.
  • Create and manage SPOL sites and websites.
  • Create and update accurate documentation relating to SharePoint/Web Content development and site use, such as job aids, user guides, and weekly/monthly status reports with support from technical writers/supervisor.
The SharePoint/Web Content Developer must be familiar with Microsoft full-stack web development for integration purposes with multiple business applications, as well as experience developing SharePoint and web applications with the following technologies:
  • HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS.
  • JavaScript, jQuery, JSON.
  • Responsive web design.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 6 years of experience.
NOTE: Foreign university transcripts must meet accreditation standards by one of two national associations of credential evaluation services designated by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the U.S. Department of Education: National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE). Accreditation equivalency must be submitted at the time of application.
  • Experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript.
  • Experience developing on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or other cloud technologies.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams and customer program managers.
  • Background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check, and “identity-proofed” identification through authentication of two forms of government-issued identification.

  • Authorization to work for ANY employer in the United States.
