This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect therapists with clients, offering both convenience and access to quality mental health services. • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to a diverse clientele, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals, continually monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe, confidential space for individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic, achievable goals, fostering empowerment and accountability within the therapeutic relationship.
• Maintain current and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring thorough record-keeping for every client session.
• Utilize our user-friendly telehealth platform for efficient client scheduling, progress tracking, and session note management, improving overall workflow and client experience.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from varying backgrounds, age groups, and mental health needs. You will work with clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Our ethos is to provide personalized care and establish strong therapeutic alliances that actively engage clients in their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is essential.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license by the State Board to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
• Prior experience in a clinical setting and proficiency with telehealth platforms are preferred.

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth environment, comfortable engaging clients virtually.
• Demonstrated experience with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Experience navigating insurance credentialing processes is a plus but not essential as we support this for our therapists.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
