• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing platforms, ensuring a professional and supportive environment.
• Assess each client’s unique mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies to effectively address clients’ concerns.
• Provide ongoing guidance, support, and practical coping strategies to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges, including stress and anxiety management.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential electronic health records that track client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for your clients.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in therapeutic techniques by engaging in professional development opportunities, attending workshops, and participating in relevant training.

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will engage with individuals facing various mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Your experience and empathetic approach will be key in helping these clients navigate their personal experiences and achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Familiarity with remote therapy practices and sound knowledge of developmental psychology and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess additional certifications or licenses in specialized areas such as DBT, CCTP, sexual offender certification, military and trauma certification, or LSATP.
• A proven track record of successfully working with a culturally diverse clientele, showcasing sensitivity to various backgrounds and experiences.

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
