• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to identify their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in overcoming mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding the privacy and rights of every client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate integrated care that addresses all dimensions of a client’s health.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies and the ability to create individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective connections with clients and team members.
