Remedial Pro is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and operational excellence within the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Verification of Benefits (VOB) Specialist to join our growing team. 

Position Summary 

Responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and communicating insurance benefit information to support efficient admissions and revenue cycle processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility through payer portals, websites, and insurance carriers. 

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all VOB requests. 

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the VOB team. 

  • Support onboarding and training of new VOB Specialists. 

  • Meet productivity and quality standards. 

  • Maintain HIPAA and PHI compliance. 

  • Identify process improvement opportunities. 

Qualifications 

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Strong insurance verification knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
