Job description

Pharmacist Operations Advisor (Remote) — Medicare Part D | $53/hr (W2)

A-Line Staffing is hiring Pharmacist Operations Advisors (RPh Advisor) to support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests. You’ll help ensure cases are set up correctly, clinically reviewed/decisioned appropriately, and documented accurately—while meeting CMS/Medicare timelines and quality standards.

Pay & Start

  • $53/hour (W2)
  • Start Date: July 19, 2026

What you’ll do

  • Set up and clinically review Medicare Part D cases (including appeals)
  • Review internal notes and fax requests for key details
  • Document case reviews clearly and accurately
  • Outreach to providers for additional clinical info when needed
  • Use work instructions, drug compendia, and CMS/Medicare guidance
  • Meet productivity and quality expectations

Schedule / Training (must be able to commit)

  • Business hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) and 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET (Sat–Sun)set rotation
  • Training: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET for the first 8 weeks (no planned time off; attendance is critical)
  • After training: assigned 8-hour shift (may include 1 weekend day or weekend rotation)

Required qualifications

  • Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in your state of residence (good standing)
  • Able to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM ET after training
  • WFH setup: dedicated quiet workspace
  • Wired internet: minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
  • Comfortable with data entry, multiple applications, and a productivity-driven environment
  • Camera required during training and meetings

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Strong computer skills (Excel/Word)
