Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find
solutions? Join the Lifetime Brands Customer Service team supporting innovative brands
including Taylor USA, Rabbit Wine, Chef'n and PlanetBox. This is a full-time, fully remote
opportunity.
Position Summary
As a Consumer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brands, assisting customers
through phone, email, and other communication channels. By actively listening to customer
needs and providing timely, accurate solutions, you will help ensure every interaction reflects
the quality and reputation of our brands.
You will assist customers with order inquiries, shipment tracking, product information,
warranty questions, replacements, returns, and general service requests while delivering a
positive and professional experience.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication

channels in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, order status, shipment tracking, product

information, warranty claims, replacements, returns, and general service inquiries.
  • Research and resolve customer issues by utilizing multiple order management systems,

CRM platforms, carrier websites, and internal resources.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within company systems.
  • Build customer confidence by providing knowledgeable, empathetic, and solution-

oriented support.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting individual and team

performance goals.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education- HS or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple systems and applications while assisting

customers.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a
