  • Proactively disconnect and filter spam calls to maintain a focused communication environment.

  • Utilize and handle basic HubSpot functions, showcasing tech-savvy capabilities.

  • Willingness to learn and establish a thorough understanding of the office EMR scheduling system to assist patients effectively.

  • Provide clear driving and parking directions to enhance the patient experience.

  • Take charge of basic communication credentialing for the company, showcasing attention to detail.

  • Send appointment confirmations and maintain proactive communication with patients.
