Job description

FLEET COORDINATOR 

Boscov's Distribution Center is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage our leased and owned vehicles (vans, autos, trailers). You'll handle everything from invoicing, maintenance, tolls, and fuel cards to driver records and preventive maintenance tracking. This role involves heavy data entry, expense coding, and vendor communication. This role includes additional responsibilities as required during periods of high volume and staffing.

JOB FUNCTIONS/ MAJOR TASKS 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain fleet records & master vehicle database
  • Process and code invoices (leasing, maintenance, tolls, fuel)
  • Oversee EZ-Pass and Sunoco card programs
  • Track preventive maintenance & schedule service
  • Serve as driver liaison for fleet needs
  • Support cross-functional transportation tasks (BOLs, check runs, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Access, Excel, Word
  • Experience with invoice / expense processing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of DOT laws and guidelines preferred
