Job Description:
This role leads multichannel media planning and campaign execution in support of a regional healthcare client, managing strategy through execution across paid and traditional media channels.
Job Summary
•Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of multichannel media plans spanning paid search, paid social, programmatic, broadcast, and out-of-home
•Manage campaign budgets ranging from $100K to $1MM, making strategic decisions on spend allocation across channels
•Analyze client briefs and data inputs to develop channel allocation recommendations and present POVs internally and externally
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners including media, analytics, and creative teams
•Traffic and launch new creative assets while simultaneously managing close to 20 active campaigns
•Oversee campaign operations and project management, ensuring timely delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
•Support near-term and FY27 planning cycles in partnership with client and agency stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
•5 years of media strategy and planning experience, with agency experience required
•Demonstrated experience managing media budgets up to $500K or more across multichannel campaigns
•Hands-on experience with campaign operations, project management, spend management, invoicing, and documentation
•Healthcare industry experience
•Proven ability to take a client brief from strategy through execution independently
•Experience collaborating cross-functionally with media, analytics, and creative teams, both internally and externally
•Client-facing communication skills with the ability to present complex recommendations clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
•Familiarity with media partner landscape and ability to serve as a channel expert for the team
