Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one counseling sessions via video conferencing to adult clients experiencing emotional distress.
• Conducting initial screenings to ensure clients are stable and have low acuity before they book sessions with you.
• Creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, fostering deeper self-awareness and insight.
• Identifying emotional and mental disorders, which may include but are not limited to anxiety disorders, bereavement, and stress-related conditions.
