Job Title: Treasury Workstation Support Specialist/Systems Analyst

Location: US or Costa Rica - 100% REMOTE

Length: 9 months

Looking for a consultant with ION Wallstreet Suite v8 Cloud version experience.

1. Monitoring:

  • Monitor file imports
  • Monitor outgoing payment files.
  • Monitor bank statement imports.
  • Monitor file exports to downstream applications.

2. Balance & Bank Statement Troubleshooting:

  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Check export logs for missing files and re-export.

3. Scheduled Activities & Manual Processes:

  • Monitor TRM activities (report, accounting tasks, file/data movement)
  • Manually create MT940 files if banks fail to send them.
  • Report MT199 messages to stakeholders.
